Muare Tulum Hotel 🇲🇽🌶️👙 My stay at Hotel Muare in Tulum was absolutely exceptional and truly unforgettable. The entire property is stunning — every detail is beautifully designed, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is impeccably clean, which made the experience even more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, carefully prepared, and full of flavor. It was truly a culinary delight! I would also like to highlight the reception staff, especially Mary, Dayanne, and Rodrigo, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They went above and beyond to assist with everything — from recommending great restaurants to organizing excursions — and truly helped with absolutely everything. Thanks to them, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience in Tulum!

Amazing Jungle Hotel Tulum We stayed here for 10 nights in February with my partner and had an amazing trip. The hotel is located down some bumpy roads, but we had no issues in a standard sedan as long as we drove slowly. It’s about a 15-minute walk from La Veleta, which has loads of great food options (Burrito Amor is a must). We much preferred staying in Tulum town rather than the beach area, as everything was far more affordable and there were many more places to try. The facilities at the hotel were excellent — the pool area and rooms were beautiful and very well maintained. The spa area, with its hot tub and plunge pool, was also a lovely, relaxing space. Breakfast was included and every meal we had was delicious. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception team were easy to contact via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. We especially enjoyed the morning yoga sessions with Andy — such a perfect way to start the day — and she also gave us some fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Tulum. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tulum.

Lovely peaceful oasis in Tulum We stayed at Hotel Muare for a week for my birthday and had a really lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always quick to help with anything. The place itself is beautiful: calm, serene, clean, and really well taken care of. We had breakfast delivered to our room each morning and the fresh fruit and juices were delicious. We spent a lot of time by the pool, and the spa was great. They also let us use their bikes, which made getting around really easy. The location was perfect for us: close enough to everything but still quiet. Overall, we felt really comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place for a couples getaway We had an excellent stay at this hotel - the room (and the whole place, really) was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The restaurant was great - we had breakfast there (included in the room price), as well as dinners, and enjoyed sandwiches, juices, and smoothies from the bar throughout the day. Above all, the staff were amazing and helped us a lot with all our (many) questions and requests. Highly recommend this place for your next trip to Tulum!!

RIP to all the cortisol in my body I spent only 4 nights here but by the end it felt like about 2 weeks. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed in my life! The ambiance, music, spa, food, drinks, rooms, outdoor showers, experiences, daily yoga… wow wow wow. Just spectacular! Special shoutout to Brian & Jessica for their attentive service. Never before have I had the luxury of ordering tacos & mezcalitas from a hot tub using WhatsApp on my phone 😂 Highly recommend doing all inclusive if they are offering it. Also recommend getting weird with some of their special experiences. Property is gorgeous. Perfect place to unplug & reboot yourself. Will think of this hotel often and be back!

The absolute best This hidden gem makes you feel you are in the heart of the Mayan jungle, but in fact close to beaches, shopping, national park. Their food is amazing, their staff attentive and available, rooms calming and beautiful. The spa is gorgeous, as is the yoga studio, restaurant and bar. Hats off to Rodrigo,Victoria, Brian, Jessica, Anna. And all the rest. I cannot believe anyone would rate this hotel less than 5 stars. The road is bad leading to hotel, but again, they can't control road conditions, and it is only a few hundred yards to paved roads. Thank you Victor for your smile and free shuttle. Thank you to everyone for your smiles and positive energy
